From Vision to Daily Action

When you have a grand vision that only you can see, how do you go about the process of manifesting it in the physical world? How do you take what has started out as the seed of an idea in your imagination, and turn it into something that positively impacts on the world?

Creating your vision in reality is something that many of us attempt by few people accomplish ... Why?

First of all we need a top-down strategic approach. What does this mean? Well we need to start with your overall vision, and then chunk it down from there. This is precisely the approach taken by the Goals Magic System ie Starting with your vision and keep chunking it down until you finally arrive at daily activitys that you can perform right now to move you forward.

Here is an outline of the steps required:

1/ Develop clarity around your vision. Without clarity your vision will have no power. You need to work on developing cyrstal clear clarity so that you can clearly articulate what your vision is to yourself and others.

2/ Break your vision down into 3 - 4 major goals. These major goals may extend over a long time frame such as 1 - 5 years. When accomplished you will be close to having achieved your vision.

3/ Create support goals for each of your major goals that all build towards the achievement of the major goals. Support goals (or current goals) last anywhere from 1 month to 1 year. The best time frame to focus on is around 12 weeks as in the Body For Life program.

4/ Each day review your current or support goals and ask yourself ... 'What can I do today to move towards achieving my current goals?'

5/ Each day do your daily activity. This is where your focus is. This is where you need to direct your emotional intensity, and manage your mind in the moment.
